At Loop for Business, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your space is perfectly curated. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
